Affiliate Tracking System - Not only relying on cookies

The majority of card processing companies rely solely on cookies to track your visitors. If your visitor has cookies disabled in his browser, he cannot be tracked back to you and you will not receive your commission.

To offer our affiliates a better service we use a more advanced tracking system to ensure you get your commission even when your visitors have cookies disabled.

When you append your affiliate ID to any address referring back to us, like so, net=shareit&aff=abcdef, the following will occur:

1. All Buy Now links replaced

All Buy Now links will be replaced with links to share-it! including your affiliate ID which will cause share-it! to give you commission even if the visitor has cookies disabled.

2. All download links replaced with automated 'custom builds'

All download links will be replaced with links to filenames including your affiliate ID, e.g. FruitfulTime TaskManager Installation.exe will be replaced with FruitfulTime TaskManager Installation -net=shareit&aff=abcdef.exe. When the user runs the program, the installer will detect your affiliate ID and store it in a file. If the user clicks the Buy Now in our products, your affiliate ID will be passed on to the website, ensuring you get your commission.

3. The affiliate ID is stored in a PHP Session

Once you refer a visitor to our website, your affiliate ID is stored in a PHP session. All the Buy Now and download links on all the pages that the referred visitor browses in that particular session will be replaced by your affiliate ID. Hence we make sure that even though the visitor does not buy or download our products from the landing page, you will still get your commission.

It is easy to check that our system works. Visit http://www.fruitfultime.com for example. Go to the buy now page and proceed to the share-it! checkout and notice that the URL does not contain an affiliateid parameter.

Now, revisit the page with your affiliate ID added to the URL, for example, http://www.fruitfultime.com/?net=shareit&aff=abcdef. Go to the buy now page and proceed to the share-it! checkout and notice that the URL now contains an affiliateid parameter, for instance, affiliateid=abcdef. If you download any of our products the downloaded file name will also include the same affiliate ID.
